About the Author:

John Gregory Vincent is an expert in behavioral change, strengths based engagement improvement and its application to driving inclusion and performance. He is a retired Command Master Chief in the Navy who served on a variety of operational submarines for fourteen of his twenty years of service. Since then, he founded and grew a behavioral change consulting firm, The Genesis Group LLC, joined Gallup as a consultant, and presently serves as Eagle's Flight Vice President of Performance Solutions. Today, he is keynote speaker and advisor. with The Submarine Way. This book is co-authored with John's business partner and wife Deborah Cake Fortin. It was Deborah's vision after a 2016 keynote John delivered, that fueled her to begin writing The Submarine Way. Within 4 months Deb, a former executive at a Fortune 300 company, quit her job to write full time and launch her company, The Submarine Way.
