Robert Charles Payne is a motivational author and newspaper columnist for the Ouachita Citizen. In addition to hosting the television program Sacred Conversations, he hosts the Package of Power radio show. He has served as the head football coach and athletic director at West Monroe High School and as the head coach at Farmerville High School, and he has experience teaching and working in the insurance industry. Payne lives in West Monroe, Louisiana.
