Primerica is the true story of a blue-blooded racehorse who passed through many hands until he ended up at the bottom levels of the sport. Nearly 10 years old and washed up as a runner, Primerica faced an uncertain future until he was rescued by caring new owners in Kentucky and retired to their “home for the brave.”

Racing year after year, Primerica regularly brought home a paycheck for whoever happened to own him at the time. But as he got older, Primerica ran in cheaper and cheaper races until his legs grew weary and he no longer could finish “in the money.” Nearly 10 years old, Primerica was washed up as a racehorse and facing an uncertain future. Then one day he stepped onto a van, fearful it would be his last ride. But that van delivered him to caring new owners in Kentucky and their “home for the brave.”
