Julia Wright Fortenberry is a wife of 38 years, a mother, a grandmother, and teacher. She received her National Teaching Certification while teaching in public school. From that experience, God called her to be one of the founders of a Christian school in her local church where she served as teacher and administrator for 10 years. She is co-founder with her daughter, Jennifer Browder, of Truth Learning Center, which is a homeschool group located on her family farm. The students help on the farm as it is being rebuilt after many years of neglect. Julia leads her students to participate in widow ministries to not only teach them biblical ministry but through that ministry to teach them compassion for elders, training them that our elders are not disposable at any age or physical health condition. Another way she trains her high school students, and many times their parents, is in being willing to stop and pray with and minister to those who stop by during the day, teaching them that we can never by too busy to minister in the name of Jesus. She has taught Bible classes for all ages from preschool through adults. Just before her 50th birthday God led her into a deeper study of His Word and she began writing Bible lessons for His glory. Julia was moved by the Holy Spirit to write in everyday language the TRUTH of the Bible and not depend upon religious doctrine to teach her TRUTH. She has a heart for God’s Word and a calling to share it as absolute TRUTH but in everyday language that everyone can relate to.
