Dr. Baum was a Professor of Law at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, Toronto, a consultant to the Canadian Committee on Mutual Funds and Investment Contracts, a Professor of Law, Indianapolis Law School, Indiana University; a visiting Professor, College of Law University of Cincinnati; George Washington University; Hebrew University, Israel; and the University of New South Wales, Australia.
