Grade 7-10 An introduction that stretches the broad band of amateur radiohistory, theory, licensing, practice, and purposes. Underlying scientific principles are not especially well presented, but beginners will get a good view of the amateur radio experience. The text is clear, but some acronyms (and the subject is full of them) either are not defined or do not appear in the index for ready reference. The illustrations are simple and functional.
