Review:
`This is an impressive book. Its strength is to explain "how EU works", especially in terms of ACTORS and POLICY-MAKING. In spite of this specific focus, this implies a comprehensive coverage. It is written in a lucid and concise way, and great for teaching purposes.'
Fredrik Soderbaum, Post-doctoral research fellow, Department of Peace and Development Research, Goteborg University
