About the Author:
Carrie Weston was born in a village in Kent in 1966 - the year that England won the World Cup! Perhaps this explains her lifelong love of football. After doing her first degree at Warwick University, Carrie taught in schools in London for a few years before returning to Kent where she now
lives with her husband, two children and various assortments of animals. She lectures at the University of East London in both Children's Literature and Special Educational Needs. Carrie's hobbies include skiing, surfing on Cornwall's North Coast and watching West Ham play football - not all at once

With the tractor back on track, and Boris squeezed onto the trailer with the ducklings and frogs, Miss Webb makes it to Miss Cluck's class after all and the curtain rises on a wonderfully entertaining show.
